1. Los componentes, piezas y recambios objeto de venta son para uso exclusivo en vehículos de competición, recayendo, en todo caso, en la parte compradora, el cumplimento de cualquier obligación de homologación  u análoga obligación respecto a la utilización de mismos. En este sentido, la parte vendedora no asumirá responsabilidad alguna por cualquier uso distinto de los mismos por la parte compradora o cualquier otro usuario final, obligándose la parte compradora a mantener plenamente indemne a la parte vendedora de cualquier eventual responsabilidad derivada de tal utilización para un uso distinto al de vehículos destinados a la competición.

2. Asimismo, la parte vendedora no será responsable de ningún daño cuyo origen o causa se encuentre fuera del control razonable de la misma o que suceda como consecuencia del uso de cualquier producto vendido de manera diferente a la prevista en instrucciones y documentación asociada, negligencia o mala fe de la parte compradora o de los usuarios finales y/o que derive de situaciones de fuerza mayor, y/o actuaciones sin que haya tenido lugar negligencia alguna por parte de la parte vendedora, incluyendo cualquier lesión o percance sufrido por un usuario final que use los productos adquiridos sin supervisión de técnicos cualificados.

3. Finalmente, la parte vendedora en ningún caso será responsable por daños indirectos, daños consiguientes, pérdidas de beneficios o ingresos y pérdidas de oportunidades comerciales que pudiese sufrir la parte compradora.

1. The components, pieces and spare parts sold are for exclusive use in competition vehicles and, in any event, the purchasing party shall be held liable for compliance with any obligation regarding approval or any similar obligation with respect to the use thereof. In this regard, the selling party shall not be held liable for any other use thereof by the purchasing party or any other end user and the purchasing party undertakes to hold the selling party fully harmless with respect to any potential liability arising from such use, other than that of vehicles intended for competition.

2. Furthermore, the selling party shall not be held liable for any damage whose origin or cause lies beyond its reasonable control or which occurs as a result of the use of any product sold in a manner different from that envisaged in the instructions and associated documentation, the negligence or bad faith of the purchasing party or end users, and/or any arising from a force majeure and/or acts without any negligence on the part of the selling party, including any injury or accident suffered by an end user who uses the products purchased without the supervision of qualified technicians.

3. Finally, on no account shall the selling party be held liable for any indirect damages, consequential damages, losses of profits or income or any losses of business opportunities that may be suffered by the purchasing party.
